The First Step - The Organisational Health Check

the Key Business Dimensions

The Organisational Health Check, a holistic assessment of your business across all key business dimensions, is the first step of any assignment we undertake.

It delivers valuable benefit, as it provides you with an objective assessment of your business as a whole.

To achieve sustainable growth the Key Business Dimensions must be aligned with your Corporate Strategy!

The Health Check takes from 3 to 6 working days to complete, and is charged as a fixed rate. It enables us to:

gain a broad understanding of your business as a whole
potentially identify growth areas you were unaware of
highlight previously unknown issues or areas for concern
estimate the effort involved in achieving your business objectives
and propose services which complement your in-house capabilities, based on your specific needs and budget.

Additional Support Based on Your Requirements

Depending on the availability of your key resources and the outcome of the Health Check, you may determine you need additional support. We would then assist you in selecting the services best suited to your requirements and budget.

The change programme, or selected Phases of the programme, is (or are) delivered using our structured change process, the CFSCP™.
