The Organisational Health Check, a holistic assessment of your business across all key business dimensions, is the first step of any assignment we undertake.
It delivers valuable benefit, as it provides you with an objective assessment of your business as a whole.

The Health Check takes from 3 to 6 working days to complete, and is charged as a fixed rate. It enables us to: |
