We are looking for experienced, hands-on change
consultants who are able to work across a broad range of assignments, with strong analysis, people, and process transformation skills. We are
interested in people with typically 10-15 years experience of working in large nationals and multi-nationals who can immediately
contribute to the development and growth of our practice. Experience working with small or mid-sized companies would be an asset.

You should have an engaging personality, be comfortable liaising with both management and technical personnel, have experience in thought-leadership, and feel comfortable mentoring and coaching staff.
