Consulting, a company she established in 1993.
Marie is a charismatic, entrepreneurial leader, corporate strategist, skilled communicator, and effective negotiator with 25 years experience in senior and board level positions for multi-nationals and start-ups. She
has gained international experience across a broad range of industries with a particular focus on Finance, Logistics, e-fulfilment [FMCG],
Organic Fresh Food Manufacturing [FMCG], Consulting Services, and SMEs (having founded and developed a number of these).
This has provided Marie with the ability to swiftly understand the challenges and inner workings of a business, to identify potential opportunities and/or develop solutions
that deliver value to its bottom line. A capable leader, she can also be hands-on when the situation demands it.
Additionally, living and working in several countries has provided Marie with a good understanding of various cultures and work ethics.
In 2004, Marie launched Change Facilitators UK, a Division of James Lambert Consulting which uses a holistic approach to ensure business change programmes
deliver measurable value. Organisational development, the application of business-driven IT, joint teams, and the
Change Facilitators Structured Change Process™ (CFSCP™)
underpin the services offered. Marie developed the CFSCP™ through a combination of many years of hands-on experience in a
wide variety of contexts and research of best-practice.

Business Strategy Non Executive Director Ohio Airships, Inc. (Ohio, USA)
Pivotal role in defining the company’s business growth strategy; developed the business plan and integrated
financial model to seek 2nd stage funding [$Millions of USD] for building aircraft production facilities and

Business Change Consultant, Unisys Insurance Services Ltd (UISL):
Member of the Management Team for the £28M+ strategic project aimed at outsourcing / off-shoring all their application development,
maintenance, and systems. Active contribution to the timely development and assessment of the RFI
and RFP documents - in particular the Relationship Management component. Developed and implemented processes for effective communication
across the programme.

Interim IT Director, ACR Logistics (UK) (formerly Hays Distribution): Board
Member reporting to the Group CIO based in France.
This challenging role consisted in spearheading the implementation of the Group IT Strategy, bridging the cultural divide between France and the
UK, aligning Business and IT, outsourcing non-core activity, and moving the business from a product based to a solution based business model -
major change affecting key business areas. Success was achieved through close collaboration with the highly experienced French IT
team which enabled critical groundwork and key changes to be implemented prior to the successful handover to a permanent IT Director.

Interim General Manager, EUK Direct: reported to the Board of the parent company (EUK, Kingfisher Group).
Transformed an e-fulfilment start-up - enabled the business to achieve accelerated growth and market leadership in entertainment product
e-fulfilment through aligning IT and operational business areas and building enhanced capabilities. Dramatically improved inter-departmental
communication, performance and customer satisfaction. Doubled revenues to £4M in
6 months; these grew to £20 within the following 6 months;
following the end of the assignment, her recommendation to consolidate and build a unique corporate data repository was implemented,
further improving operational performance - revenues continued to double year-on-year.

Change Consultant, AMP UK (Australian Financial Services Group): Key member of the programme management team for
a £30+ million change programme to address regulatory weaknesses in its sales practice.
Developed the business case detailing the strategy, objectives, key risks, and financials. Developed and implemented vital programme
governance documents and standards to create a structured programme framework. Risk identification and management. Business process
review and documentation. Major involvement in development of inter- and extra-programme communication strategies, and
coaching/education of executive management in successful change. Recognised by senior management as having made a major contribution
to the effectiveness of projects.

Professional Background |

| Marie moved from France to the UK in November 1993 to set up her own IT Services consultancy
following a 6 month sabbatical. Successfully meeting the challenges of
this highly competitive new cultural environment, with no prior contacts, she
established James Lambert Consulting to deliver Data Warehousing and Management Information Systems (MIS)
solutions to the Finance Sector, developed a
portfolio of clients, and built a team of mature business-focused IT managers and developers to work on projects. Key clients included Société Générale, Lombard Tricity Finance, General Portfolio, BACG (renamed
Armature), and Learning Tree International. |

| Prior to this, in 1986 Marie became a Director and
Co-founder of a Canadian IT consulting firm for the Finance and Technology sectors. She was instrumental in establishing the company in Paris (France) and in it's continued growth. Rapidly progressing from Principal Consultant to VP Sales & Marketing, in a little over 3 years she achieved
six-fold growth to $9M despite increasingly difficult market conditions. |

| Marie first entered IT consultancy in 1981, successfully managing a large number of technical change projects in Finance, Transport, Utilities, and
Manufacturing. |

| Upon graduating with a First-class Honours B.Sc. degree (Magna Cum Laude) from Concordia University (Montreal, Canada), Marie joined Bell Canada
Corporate Systems, a world leader in telecommunications, first in the role of Data Base Advisor and Architect, and subsequently as Systems Engineer (on IBM mainframes). |
