> Core Team  > BIOGRAPHY:  Ranbir Heyre

A highly successful change management and IT consultant with 17 years experience, Ranbir is focused on delivering technology solutions aligned with the company's business objectives and corporate strategy. He has held senior management positions within blue-chip organisations including KPMG, IBM and Microsoft, and is comfortable operating at all levels of an organisation in large and small companies.
Ranbir has managed a large number of complex, highly-constrained projects covering all business aspects, including hardware installation, software development, implementation, managing third-parties, business process re-engineering, training, and people issues.
Past clients include large blue-chip organisations: Dupont, Guinness Brewing Worldwide, Cedel Bank of Luxembourg, Orange Telecoms, Vodafone, Dixons, Bhs, British Aerospace, Ministry of Defence, GlaxoSmithKline, ESB (the Irish Electricity Board), GAN Insurance and Iron Trades Insurance Company, and consultancy for a number of SME's through James Lambert Consulting.
Ranbir has a strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science and is part way through an MBA in project management.
Projects Ranbir has delivered include:
  • Development and implementation of an enterprise-wide insurance system for Iron Trades Insurance Company (now part of NAG); budget of £26 million and team of 120.
  • A human resources change programme including systems development and implementation; budget of £5 million and team of 45.
  • Development of a high-technology solution - mobile access to Microsoft Outlook, in partnership with Vodafone; team of 15, budget of £1 million.
