| Julian has over 15 years of experience in the Services sector,
primarily in IT and Retail. His track record includes building a number of discrete business units through a formula of developing innovative
service offerings. Another key factor in his success has been ensuring a high quality of delivery, in one instance winning a number of awards. |

| Julian has held senior positions in Customer Service, IT
Professional Services and Product Development organisations. These roles have been for UK and US based companies whose scope of operations
included continental Europe. |

| During his years in IT Professional Services, Julian developed
strong project management/ directorship skills. This experience has enabled Julian to implement multi-million pound contracts, and develop
businesses scaling to over £15M per annum revenue. |
|
| Julian holds a B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Computer Science, both from the University of North Hertfordshire. He is also a full member of the Institute of Directors. |
